Enhancing the Stomach Muscles

Our stomach muscles, medically known as abdominal muscles, have many important functions, such as, holding our organs in place and supporting our body during movement.
There are five main muscles on each side of our upper body. Together with our back muscles they make up our core! They protect the spine and keep our bodies stable and balanced.
When our abdominal muscles are out of shape they don’t hold our organs in place well (diastasis recti). They don’t protect the spine (back pain), and we are not as stable and balanced (shaky movements).
So let’s enhance those stomach muscles!
It just takes a few minutes a day! Think about the reward of accomplishment and firmer muscles!
Give yourself a day to see how much each exercise gets a little easier. Give yourself a week to feel more in control of your diet and movements, and a month see a change in shape.
You’ll feel stronger and happier!
Here are two sets of exercises to rotate from one day to the next.
Day 1
Reverse Crunch
Plank - with hip dip
Leg raises
Mountain Climbers
Crunch
Day 2
Reverse Crunch
Plank - knee to elbow
Lying Leg Raises
Russian Twist
Bicycle Crunch
Ask Google how these exercises are done to learn them. Modify, as needed. Do as many repetitions of each exercise as you can and then move on. When you finish a set of exercises you can do them again, if you can. The important thing is to do at least one set of exercises a day.
What a difference you will feel to exercise this important part of your body! You will see the results!
